Private Room Policy Thank you for choosing our private room. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policy: Reservations & Deposit All private room reservations require a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If you cancel, the deposit may be applied toward a future reservation date, subject to availability. Capacity & Use The private room has a maximum capacity that must be respected at all times. The space may be used for meetings, celebrations, workshops, and small gatherings. Any changes to the event type must be communicated in advance. Food & Beverage Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved ahead of time. Food and drinks may be purchased from the café or pre-arranged. Alcohol is not permitted unless explicitly authorized. Safety Rules No smoking inside the room at any time. No candles or open flames are allowed inside the room. Setup, Decor & Equipment Light décor is welcome. No nails, screws, tape, or anything that may damage walls or furniture. All décor and personal items must be removed by the end of the reservation. Time & Overtime Reservation time includes setup and cleanup. Events must start and end on time. Additional charges may apply if the room is used beyond the reserved time. Cleaning & Damage The room must be left in reasonable condition. The customer is fully responsible for any damages to furniture, equipment, or property and will be charged accordingly. Noise & Conduct Please be respectful of staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the event without refund. By reserving the private room, you agree to this policy.
