By sourcing from small organic lots where beans are hand-picked we are able to support small farmers and give them the credit they deserve. Our sourcing makes a real difference in our farmers lives by providing opportunity and giving back.

Unlike popular mainstream coffee chains that over roast beans to obscure the lesser quality of the beans, Coffeecol understands that coffee is a beautiful plant and our farmers work very hard to get the very best cherries by hand picking on small organic plots of land.
Our agronomists understand that changing environment and climates are very important to consider when considering which locations to utilize for the production of our specialty coffee cherries. When dealing with a high quality coffee cherry it is important to roast with the profile of the coffee in mind. The roasting process is therefore the prime opportunity to enhance the natural and organic flavors of the beans.
